I do not use AI in my artwork.I can draw any pose and angle, as well as detailed clothing and armor. I also create a variety of backgrounds, such as medieval fantasy, futuristic settings, forests, deserts, and urban environments.

No refundsProduction and Changes
- The draft will be created based on the information provided by the client.
- During the draft phase, up to 5 changes can be requested at no additional cost. After that, an additional 10% fee will be charged per change.
- During the lineart phase, each change requested will incur an additional 10% fee.
- During the coloring phase, up to 5 color or tone changes can be made at no additional cost, but after that, an additional 20% fee will be charged.
- After the artwork is completed and delivered, any change requests will be evaluated individually to determine the additional fee.Artist and Copyright
a) Artist Rights
Artwork cannot be used in NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
All copyrights remain the property of the artist, Gleison Santos.
b) Client Responsibilities
After delivery and full payment of the artwork and any additional fees (if any), the client is permitted for personal and/or commercial use, as previously agreed upon.
c) Use of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Processing
The client is strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or submitting any artwork created by me (Gleison Santos) to any type of Artificial Intelligence system, including, but not limited to:
Training, adjusting, or feeding AI models;
Generating derived images, applying automatic filters, or creating digital reinterpretations;
Creating NFTs, automated products, or synthetic content.
Even if the artwork was commissioned and depicts the client or their character, the copyright remains exclusively mine. The client receives only the agreed-upon personal or commercial use rights, not the right to modify, resell, or use the artwork in AI or machine learning systems.
Any violation of this clause -including uploading, modifying, or using the artwork with AI tools without explicit permission—will result in a fine equal to 100% of the total commission amount, in addition to possible legal action for copyright infringement.Additional Info
